Farm Management

By partnering with Mashinani Farmers Initiative, these small-scale farmers would be able to access efficient and cost-effective farming techniques through our farm partnership platforms where we can undertake joint farming initiatives.
After deciding on which joint farming initiative to undertake, as Mashinani we will provide the farm partner with the necessary resources and inputs for their land. In addition, we connect each farm partner to our own trained youth farmers who will be providing farming support and checking on the farms. During the harvest period, we work with the farm partners to get the farm outputs and transport them to our regional processing and packaging centers where we can supply them to our existing markets.
