At Mashinani Farmers Initiative, we believe in the power of youth. Our farm management model leverages the energy, innovation, and dedication of trained youth farmers to provide comprehensive support to our farm partners.

1. We equip our youth farmers with the necessary skills and knowledge in modern farming techniques. This training ensures they are well-prepared to assist our farm partners in implementing efficient and sustainable farming practices.

2.  Our youth farmers provide on-site support to our farm partners. They regularly visit the farms to monitor progress, provide guidance, and ensure that the farming techniques are being correctly implemented.

3.  In case of any challenges or issues, our youth farmers are trained to provide timely and effective solutions. Their hands-on approach ensures that any problems are quickly identified and addressed, minimizing any potential impact on productivity.

4. During the harvest period, our youth farmers work closely with our farm partners to ensure a smooth and efficient harvesting process. They also assist in transporting the farm outputs to our regional processing and packaging centers.
